General Shipping Information

ALL ORDERS: Please check your SHIPPING address. Occasionally old addresses are attached to your usual method of payment. If you are sending magazines to someone else, please double check their current address. If you need to make an address correction, please email us at

GENERAL INFO ABOUT MAGAZINE MAILING: Mirador typically ships your magazines 1 to 3 days within receiving your order. We ship USPS First-Class, Priority, or Ground depending on the order. We work to get your magazines to you within 7-10 days of your order, but delays within the mailstream are becoming more frequent, particularly for single magazine orders sent First Class. We are happy to answer questions about when your magazines were shipped, but it has not been uncommon for people to have their magazines take up to 2 weeks to get to them, so please be patient. Should your magazine not arrive within 14 business days of your order, please contact us at SETS of 5 or more magazines will typically have a tracking number assigned and we will send that to you once the package has been shipped. MIRADOR is shipped out of our home office in Portland, Oregon. 

EXPRESS SHIPMENT: Rush deliveries may be possible, but the customer will be responsible for any additional charges that come with expedited shipping. It’s best to call us directly if you need an order rushed to you. 503-644-2113. Please note that we may not process your order within a window of time that allows for overnight shipping.

GIFT CARDS: We are more than happy to include a gift card with your order! Just let us know at or make a note on your order form. 

Refunds and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. MIRADOR does not exchange magazines unless the product arrives damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means no writing within the pages, no torn pages, or any other wear that would prevent us from reselling that issue in new condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:


We will not refund your payment without receiving the product back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit card used to make the original purchase will be credited.

We will not refund through ACH, check or other payment method. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We cannot make exchanges of our magazines.

Shipping returns

Single magazines are not eligible for return. If you purchase a SET of five (5) or more magazines, they may be returned for a refund — minus the original shipping cost — if they are returned in their original condition (please see above).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
